I have a copy of that album. Not a bad collection of Tijuana brass stuff.

I think you’d buy it right in the KFC. I also have Christmas With Colonel Sanders which isn’t as good as this one.

Tijuana Brass - OK, now this makes perfect sense. Thanks for the link. I was wracking my addled brain trying to figure out WTF fried chicken had to do with seedy Mexican border towns (I haven’t been to Tijuana since my teens, so I don’t know if it’s gotten any better in the last few decades).
